INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup lager beer
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp Italian dressing

DIRECTIONS:

1. Mix all and bring to a simmer.

2. Mop your pork shoulder every hour until internal temp is 150 degrees.
